Flat-fee projects are typically 50% upfront and 50% at submission. Retainers are billed monthly. Payments can be made via invoice or check.

What are your policies on refunds and cancellations?

Payments are generally non-refundable once work begins. You may cancel at any time, and work completed will be billed. Retainers can be canceled before the next billing cycle.

What is your privacy policy?

Brightline Grants & Consulting LLC may collect your name, email, phone number, business information, and payment details when you contact us or use our services. Information is used to provide services, communicate with clients, and process payments. We do not sell personal information. Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, and reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.
